Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing and user behavior analysis
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $500K with monthly reporting on KPIs
- Create data-driven content calendars aligned with brand voice and audience insights
- Collaborate with design and development teams for campaign asset creation
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
- Present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and major social advertising platforms
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications required
