- Lead data-driven campaign optimization using advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms
- Oversee content creation ecosystems including blog posts, video scripts, and interactive experiences
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Generate actionable insights from marketing performance dashboards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven ROI track record
