Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and video producers
- Present creative concepts to C-suite stakeholders and executive boards
- Maintain brand consistency across 15+ ongoing client portfolios
- Drive innovation in emerging media formats (AR/VR, interactive installations)
- Manage $2M+ annual creative budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior creatives through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in creative leadership with 5+ in directorial roles
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ award-winning campaigns across industries
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design software
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital analytics
- Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships ($1M+ contracts)
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry publications preferred
