Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate events (conferences, product launches, galas) for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage event budgets exceeding £500K, negotiating with vendors and optimizing cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, caterers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event strategies aligned with client brand objectives and KPIs
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and crisis protocols for all events
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and enhance future event performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record managing budgets over £500K and teams of 10+ people
- Expertise in virtual, hybrid, and large-scale in-person event production
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in event technology platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly desirable
