- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and ROI
- Manage $500K+ annual media budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Create data-driven reports for C-suite stakeholders with actionable insights
- Mentor junior marketers through performance reviews and skill development
- Collaborate with product teams to align campaigns with product launches
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise scaling B2B tech brands through SEO and paid acquisition
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets exceeding $300K annually
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-level reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
