Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, content, social, email) with measurable ROI targets
- Lead a team of 4+ digital specialists while managing $2M+ annual ad budgets
- Analyze complex data using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and BI tools to optimize campaign performance
- Drive innovation through A/B testing, automation, and emerging channel adoption (TikTok, programmatic, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer journey mapping
- Present quarterly performance insights to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior marketers through our proprietary 'Digital Accelerator' training program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Meta Blueprint
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and BI tools
- Experience managing six-figure budgets with demonstrated 200%+ ROI achievement
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital transformations for recognizable brands
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization, SEO strategy, and content marketing
