Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, ensuring maximum ROAS and CAC efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and email flows to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets that align with brand identity.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed reporting.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from concept to reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasive storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in SQL or data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
