Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing strategies to exceed aggressive KPIs.
- Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar annual performance marketing budget across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Lead a cross-functional team of specialists in SEO, content creation, and technical implementation.
- Utilize advanced attribution modeling to decode customer journeys and reallocate spend for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and ad creative to consistently drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless lead-to-revenue funnel.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for the C-suite.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and advanced SEO tools (SEMrush or Ahrefs).
- Proven success in scaling paid media accounts with a minimum monthly spend of $100k+.
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and their impact on digital tracking.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Mastery of ad copywriting and creative direction that resonates with high-intent audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
