Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email, content) aligned with client KPIs
- Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives to improve campaign ROI by 25%+
- Manage $1M+ annual marketing budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-impact content and visual assets
- Present quarterly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders with actionable insights
- Mentor junior marketers through structured training programs and performance feedback
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B SaaS marketing campaigns (portfolio required)
- Advanced certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, and/or Meta Blueprint
- Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)
