You will be responsible for scaling multi-channel acquisition strategies, optimizing ROAS, and leading a high-performing team of specialists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel digital strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of content creators, SEO specialists, and media buyers.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $200k with a primary focus on maximizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and LTV.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using Google Analytics, Looker, and internal attribution tools to drive performance insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and email conversion funnels.
- Present quarterly performance reports and strategic roadmaps to C-level stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging martech tools to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling digital budgets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Data Visualization (Tableau/Looker).
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and user psychology.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a background in managing remote or hybrid teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
