Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media.
- Manage large-scale performance marketing budgets to maximize CAC efficiency and ROAS.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and ad creative to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging impact.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics and CRM tools to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-led experimentation.
- Stay at the forefront of MarTech trends to maintain competitive advantages in a shifting landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing and growth strategy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL.
- Strong grasp of SEO best practices, content distribution, and email automation workflows (HubSpot/Marketo).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple enterprise-level accounts.
- Proven track record of managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
