Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale paid media budgets with a focus on CAC optimization and ROAS improvement.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creative, and email conversion paths.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to track attribution and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation and audience segmentation to execution and post-mortem analysis.
- Direct external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing annual budgets exceeding $1M with a track record of growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
