Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email).
- Manage and optimize high-budget advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to track performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad copy and visual assets.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously enhance user journeys and funnel performance.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Report directly to stakeholders with actionable insights and performance-based projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth strategy.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong background in SEO/SEM best practices and technical marketing architecture.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale monthly budgets.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven agency environment.
- Professional certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is highly preferred.
