Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content) to achieve client objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee budget allocation and performance tracking for all digital campaigns, optimizing for ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, platforms, and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver superior results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Social Media Marketing (paid and organic), Email Marketing, and Content Strategy.
- Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
