Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEO, SEM, and Paid Social.
- Manage and optimize a six-figure monthly advertising budget to maximize ROAS.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and ad creative.
- Analyze performance metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM data to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company-wide revenue goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical auditing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of marketing analytics tools and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead remote teams.
- Proven ability to manage significant budgets and deliver measurable year-over-year growth.
