Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy development and execution across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Drive 30%+ year-over-year revenue growth through conversion rate optimization and performance marketing
- Manage $2M+ annual digital advertising budget with rigorous ROI analysis and reporting
- Mentor team of 5+ marketing specialists through performance reviews and skill development programs
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences
- Develop predictive analytics models using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with creative, sales, and product teams
- Present quarterly performance dashboards to C-suite with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling brands to $10M+ in digital revenue Expert certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and data visualization (Tableau)
- Experience managing enterprise-level SEO/SEM campaigns with competitive analysis
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and conversion funnel optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
