Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Display channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to drive ROI-positive optimizations.
- Manage substantial monthly ad budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation and CPA targets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
- Conduct deep-dive A/B testing on ad copy, audience segments, and conversion funnels.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor junior marketing coordinators to elevate team performance and strategy execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency or B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with a focus on data storytelling and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
