You will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end campaigns, managing significant ad budgets, and delivering high-ROI results for our premium SaaS and E-commerce clients.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable in the weeds of attribution modeling and creative testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, optimizing for CAC and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to build high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
- Implement advanced A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve funnel performance.
- Provide detailed weekly reporting on KPIs and actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure cohesive messaging across organic and paid channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital growth.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-platform ad spend.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for high-converting design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Industry certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are strongly preferred.
