The Role
As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end digital marketing lifecycle, from strategy formulation to execution and analysis. You will be the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while driving engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Lead the creation and curation of high-quality content for web, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the company blog and SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-side or high-growth startup environment is a plus.
