Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEM, Paid Social, SEO, and Display).
- Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar annual advertising budget to achieve aggressive ROAS targets.
- Analyze full-funnel performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and A/B test landing page variations.
- Lead strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and ad platforms to leverage beta features.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed decision-making.
- Provide detailed monthly performance reports to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth digital marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong background in marketing analytics and data visualization (Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or Looker).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple high-priority campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content marketing alignment.
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
