Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email).
- Manage and optimize six-figure monthly advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to track campaign performance, reporting KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage external agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale performance marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO/SEM best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
