Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage and optimize high-budget advertising campaigns to exceed KPIs and ROAS targets.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover performance trends and optimize user acquisition funnels.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets exceeding $50k/month.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Exceptional copywriting and creative direction abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
