Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing.
- Oversee multi-million dollar advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and maximum conversion efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, ad creatives, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing visual and written content that resonates with our target demographics.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and CRM tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from conceptualization and budget forecasting to reporting and optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to keep our competitive edge sharp.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of scaling demand generation programs.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and SEO tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategy.
- Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and modern marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related analytical field.
