Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale paid media budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS and cost-per-acquisition targets.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover performance trends and actionable insights.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creative, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing, conversion-oriented ad assets.
- Manage agency relationships and vendor partnerships to ensure brand alignment.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology and industry trends to keep our strategies innovative.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding $100k+ with clear attribution.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level reporting.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
