Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Display channels.
- Manage an annual advertising budget of $2M+ to drive qualified lead generation and lower CAC.
- Lead A/B testing and CRO efforts across landing pages and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative and organic growth alignment.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on marketing performance metrics, reporting findings to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ad platforms, and marketing technology vendors.
- Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, including AI integration and privacy-first tracking methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual budgets with clear, positive ROI.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep understanding of the modern marketing tech stack and lead nurturing automation.
