Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- Expert-level proficiency with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads), CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
