Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with $500K+ budgets, optimizing for ROAS and CPA
- Analyze customer journey data using Adobe Analytics and Google Looker Studio to identify growth opportunities
- Manage a team of 5+ specialists, providing mentorship and strategic direction
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous testing of emerging platforms and technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling brands in competitive markets (portfolio required)
- Expertise in full-funnel marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Blueprint
- Strong data visualization skills with experience translating insights into action
- Experience managing $500K+ annual marketing budgets
