Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality landing pages, blogs, and digital assets.
- Oversee email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and analytics.
- Proven track record of managing budgets over $50,000/month.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) is highly preferred.
