Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve ROAS.
- Lead A/B testing efforts across landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure optimal spend allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to streamline user journeys.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and search engine algorithm changes.
- Mentor junior marketing associates to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in high-growth B2C or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets exceeding $50k/month.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and major ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive reports.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
