Responsibilities
- End-to-end event management including vendor negotiation, budget oversight, and timeline coordination
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and client briefs
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, and marketing stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning for all events
- Analyze post-event metrics to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage relationships with premium venue partners and exclusive vendor networks
- Mentor junior event staff and drive continuous improvement in event delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate or luxury event management
- Proven track record executing events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Certification in Event Management (CMP, CSEP, or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and logistics management
- Advanced proficiency in event technology (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and crisis resolution abilities
- Demonstrable portfolio of successful large-scale events (100+ attendees)
