Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Optimize multi-million dollar annual ad spends to achieve aggressive KPIs, focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy high-converting landing pages and personalized user journeys.
- Implement advanced attribution models and data visualization dashboards using Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with creative departments to architect rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy and visual assets.
- Conduct deep-market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships, providing transparent reporting and strategic growth roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital strategy, specifically within high-growth environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven track record of scaling monthly budgets over $100k while maintaining efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching to C-suite executives.
- Current certifications in Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
