Responsibilities

- Develop and mentor a team of junior writers and content creators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine strategies and drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the design and video production teams to create multimedia-rich articles.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital journalism, content marketing, or online publishing.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and search visibility for published content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals and content structure.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
