Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform extensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure scalable, real-time data processing.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance to non-technical audiences through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Data Science or Analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
