Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover hidden patterns and trends within massive datasets.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics.
- Optimize algorithms and data pipelines for high performance, ensuring low latency and high accuracy in production environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present findings and model performance to executive leadership through clear, compelling data visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
