Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights from large, structured, and unstructured datasets.
- Optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy, reducing latency in our data pipelines.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) with Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of statistical inference.
- Ability to mentor junior data scientists and contribute to code reviews.
