Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform product strategy.
- Model training, tuning, and validation using statistical methods and deep learning frameworks.
- Deploy models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and monitor performance metrics.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to continuously improve our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Statistics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and managing the MLOps lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
