Job Description
Are you a visionary front-end developer obsessed with crafting fluid, high-performance web applications? PixelCraft Solutions is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the architectural evolution of our flagship SaaS platform. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between elegant UX/UI design and robust technical execution, creating digital experiences that captivate users and set new industry benchmarks.
We believe in empowering engineers with the best tools, a collaborative culture, and the creative freedom to solve complex challenges. If you thrive on optimizing Core Web Vitals, deploying robust component libraries, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible on the web, this is the perfect stage for your talents.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement highly responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components using React.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex Figma designs into seamless, semantic, and pixel-perfect front-end layouts.
- Optimize client-side performance, code splitting, and asset delivery to ensure lightning-fast load times and excellent Core Web Vitals.
- Lead API integrations with GraphQL and RESTful microservices to power dynamic, data-driven application states.
- Establish rigorous front-end engineering standards, conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring mid-level engineers.
- Incorporate robust unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) into the continuous delivery pipeline.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience specializing in modern front-end web development frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and state management paradigms (Zustand, Redux, or Context API).
- Extensive experience with modern meta-frameworks, specifically Next.js, and a strong grasp of SSR/SSG rendering patterns.
- Expertise in modern CSS layout techniques, including CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, and post-processors.
- Proven understanding of web standards, semantic HTML5, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Strong background in optimizing build tools, bundle sizes, and developer workflows using Webpack, Vite, or Turborepo.
