Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize end-to-end machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Architect and optimize scalable data pipelines for real-time model inference.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into our core platform.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance natural language understanding and generation capabilities.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior scientists and drive the adoption of MLOps best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Science or Machine Learning role within a production environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and scientific libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy).
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Proven track record of deploying models via MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
