Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve business-critical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to ensure high-quality input for modeling.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to validate model performance and drive product iteration.
- Communicate technical insights and model results to non-technical audiences through compelling data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with deep experience in libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Extensive experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
