Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and derive actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with SQL and large-scale data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
