Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in data science and NLP to implement cutting-edge techniques within our production environment.
• Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ETL processes and data cleaning to feature engineering and model validation.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Client Success) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on algorithms to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related technical role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Modeling: Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, SpaCy).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and delivering robust solutions under tight deadlines.
