Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy robust machine learning algorithms and deep learning models in production environments.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to feature engineering and model validation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and feature integration.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve system performance.
- Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
