Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Software Engineering, Product Management) to define data requirements and drive technical solutions.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to integrate new methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL databases).
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready models.
