Responsibilities
- Architect, optimize, and deploy robust, production-grade machine learning models to solve complex predictive challenges.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate ML algorithms into core user experiences and recommendation systems.
- Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B experiments to measure the statistical impact of product interventions.
- Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering processes in collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to monitor model drift and performance metrics over time.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for data science best practices across the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Operations Research).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing production-grade ML algorithms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and solid foundation in relational databases (SQL).
- Experience with major ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models to cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or GCP.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders.
