Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python and R.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to validate hypotheses and identify data quality issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define data requirements and model objectives.
- Build interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for executive reporting.
- Optimize data architectures to ensure scalability, low latency, and high availability.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and advanced SQL querying.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of working with large-scale datasets (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning.
