In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from identifying business opportunities to deploying scalable machine learning models into production. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reproducible data infrastructure.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and storytelling.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical architecture of the data science team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
