Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python and modern frameworks.
- Analyze complex, high-volume data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and domain experts, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize and tune models for speed, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring robust performance in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance and iterate on feature sets.
- Communicate technical findings and model insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a data science or machine learning role, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
