Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using advanced statistical methods
- Mentor junior data scientists and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Develop real-time data pipelines and A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with portfolio of deployed ML models
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical programming (R/Python)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Demonstrable impact in previous roles through measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
