Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development from data ingestion to deployment
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate model performance
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster innovation through hackathons
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in applied ML and statistical modeling
- Expert proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published research or proven track record of production ML systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
