As a key member of our analytics team, you will design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that power our core products.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Optimize algorithms and models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends in AI, NLP, and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
